Avocado toast, so enjoyable you’ll wonder why you don’t eat it more often. Avocado toast can easily be one of the most enjoyable breakfast meals of all time – especially with Cholula™ Hot Sauce. Let’s break down the reasons why.

Let’s see what it takes to get this breakfast going. Here’s what you need:
- 1 – avocado
- 2 – slices of your favorite bread
- 2 – eggs over easy
- Cilantro, chopped (optional but I highly suggest!)
- Salt + Pepper
- Hot sauce (we used Cholula’s original!)
First get your egg cooking. (Some supermarkets sell an egg “shaper” that allows you to make perfect egg circles. That’s what I used here too.) While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread. While all that is going on, cut the avocado in half and using a fork, mash the avocado in a small bowl until spreadable.
Using a butter knife, spread the avocado on the toast, followed by the eggs placed on top of avocado spread. Add salt and pepper. Top with hot sauce for extra flavor, and sprinkle chopped cilantro (optional).
