Sometimes we need to whip out the whisk and start the baking. Especially when it’s a great snack for your meal prep like these Coconut Flour Brownies.
Today was one of those days that felt like time was just flying by. The work you intended to get done earlier that same morning, tends to stick with you until the end of the day without even getting the chance to jump at another task. Is it just me? Do you get days like this? 5 o’clock rolls around and you’re still stuck in the same damn thing. Ugh. Well, let this little recipe help you especially if you had a day like mine.
I’m not quite the baker. So if I could bake this, so could you. Only calls for simple ingredients and you’ll have your batch ready to bake in no time. The walnuts are optional but definitely gives it better texture. I typically like some crunch to it. Consider chopped almonds too.
