Homemade Hummus Dip
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame nut butter)
- 2 tsp fresh garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- Ground paprika for serving (optional)
- Using a food processor, add all ingredients (except olive oil) and mix.
- Now slowly add the olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
- Add more water or oil if needed. Enjoy!
