I could literally eat this Parmesan Broccoli all the time! It’s so easy for a tasty and nutritious meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Place the broccoli in a large bowl and cover with a damp paper towel to steam in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
  2. In a medium pan, melt the butter, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. You can pour over a little lemon juice for extra pizazz!
  4. Take the broccoli out of the microwave and cook in the pan until the ends become a golden crisp. Serve with parmesan over the top!
