Caribbean Slow Cooker Drumsticks
Caribbean Slow Cooker Drumsticks that are paleo friendly and a family favorite meal prep
Equipment
- Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 4 each drumsticks
- 1/2 cup red onion roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp allspice
Instructions
- Add all to a blender (except the chicken duh),
- place drumsticks in slow cooker,
- pour sauce and cook for 4 hrs on high.
- Remove from slow cooker, pour cooked sauce over the drumsticks and top with cilantro.
- Perfect meal prep recipe.
