This easy chicken fajita freezer meal is preservative free, healthy and full of flavor! Whether you make these ahead of time in the instant pot, slow cooker, or on the stove top these chicken fajitas are an easy go to for when you’re short on time.
Chicken Fajita Ingredients:

Freezer Chicken Fajitas can be portioned out after cooking, vacuum sealed, and frozen for eating at a later date. I usually make a big batch, enough for dinner that evening, and enough to portion out into 4-5 freezer meals.
If properly sealed (which is why I love my Foodsaver®), frozen chicken fajitas will last for nine months in the freezer.
PRO TIP: Be sure to mark the bag with the date you made the frozen fajita meals, so you know when to use it by.
