Chicken Salad Meal Prep
Chicken Salad Meal Prep is a great way to start the week. Made with only 7 ingredients
- 1 lb Shredded Chicken
- 1 Celery
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- Chop up the celery, walnuts, red onion and cilantro and add to a large bowl with the shredded chicken.
- Then add 1/3 cup of primal kitchen mayo and ¼ cup of dijon mustard.
- Mix everything together and add to your meal prep containers.
- Add in your favorite crackers or chips and enjoy throughout the week!
This makes four meals.
