  • 1 lb Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Celery
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/3 cup Mayo
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard


  • Chop up the celery, walnuts, red onion and cilantro and add to a large bowl with the shredded chicken.
  • Then add 1/3 cup of primal kitchen mayo and ¼ cup of dijon mustard.
  • Mix everything together and add to your meal prep containers.
  • Add in your favorite crackers or chips and enjoy throughout the week!
