Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 2 cups Broccoli
  • 1 ½ cup Cherry Tomato
  • 5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Whole Zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450° and place foil over a large sheet pan
  • Slice the zucchini, red onion, garlic cloves and then cube the chicken
  • Place all veggies and chicken onto the pan and cover with olive oil then season
  • Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
  • Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove the pan and distribute into containers
