Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450° and place foil over a large sheet pan
Slice the zucchini, red onion, garlic cloves and then cube the chicken
Place all veggies and chicken onto the pan and cover with olive oil then season
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes
Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove the pan and distribute into containers
