- 1 lb Shredded Chicken
- 1 Celery
- 1/2 Red onion
- 1/3 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
Chop up the celery, walnuts, red onion and cilantro and add to a large bowl with the shredded chicken.
Then add 1/3 cup of primal kitchen mayo and ¼ cup of dijon mustard.
Mix everything together and add to your meal prep containers.
Add in your favorite crackers or chips and enjoy throughout the week!
