Cinnamon Almond Butter Protein Balls

How to make almond butter energy balls that are high in protein. I used some of my favorite flavors, cinnamon and almond butter for these protein balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • ½ cup almond slivers
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1.2 cup cinnamon almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl and stir well!
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Roll into balls and store back in the refrigerator until ready to eat!
