Cinnamon Almond Butter Protein Balls
How to make almond butter energy balls that are high in protein. I used some of my favorite flavors, cinnamon and almond butter for these protein balls.

- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ cup almond slivers
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1.2 cup cinnamon almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey
Mix everything together in a bowl and stir well!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
Roll into balls and store back in the refrigerator until ready to eat!
