Ingredients

  • 4 each drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup red onion roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh garlic
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp allspice

Instructions

  • Add all to a blender (except the chicken duh),
  • place drumsticks in slow cooker,
  • pour sauce and cook for 4 hrs on high.
  • Remove from slow cooker, pour cooked sauce over the drumsticks and top with cilantro.
  • Perfect meal prep recipe.
