  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 1/3 Cup Cilantro
  • Red Pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 White Onion
  • 1 Cup Vegetable or chicken broth


  • First, wash your rice.
  • Then dice the onion and garlic cloves and saute in a pan with olive oil and red pepper.
  • Add your rice and broth and stir together.
  • Place the lid on top and leave on medium heat until the water is absorbed.
  • Stir thoroughly and remove from the heat.
  • Chop up the cilantro and add on top of the rice, then squeeze the lime juice and mix everything together.
