Overnight oats in jars are fun, but prepping them in a three compartment Meal Prep container allows much more room to add your favorite sides!
How To Make Easy Overnight Oats.
- 2 Cups Quick oats
- 4 Cups Almond Milk
- 8 Strawberries
- 2 Bananas
- In a meal prep container add ½ cup of quick oats and 1 cup of almond milk then stir.
- Top with blueberries, cinnamon and banana slices.
- In the side divider add in almonds and fresh strawberries.
- Put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy throughout the week!
This makes four meals.
