Overnight Oats

Overnight oats in jars are fun, but prepping them in a three compartment Meal Prep container allows much more room to add your favorite sides!

How To Make Easy Overnight Oats.


  • 2 Cups Quick oats
  • 4 Cups Almond Milk
  • Blueberries
  • 8 Strawberries
  • Almonds
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 Bananas


  1. In a meal prep container add ½ cup of quick oats and 1 cup of almond milk then stir.
  2. Top with blueberries, cinnamon and banana slices.
  3. In the side divider add in almonds and fresh strawberries.
  4. Put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy throughout the week!


This makes four meals.
